Fondant schmilzt in Verbindung mit Nelly. Deshalb hier nur Deko aus Modellierschokolade verwenden.

Durch den hohen Feuchtigkeitsgehalt kann das passieren und, wie du schon geschrieben hast, einfach mit etwas Zewa aufsaugen.

Hallo Nicole,

Ich habe jetzt auch mal den Jelly Cake gemacht, nur stelle ich bei mir fest, das es während es im Kühlschrank fest wird, das dass Jelly am Rand oben vom Wasser wässert… das Jelly ist schon fest, nur ist oben am Rand immer Flüssigkeit was ich quasi mit Zewa aufsaugen kann. Ist das normal? Oder fällt mir das jelly morgen wenn ich den Ring abmache von der Torte ?
