For this recipe you need the following ingredients:
100ml coconut milk
300ml white chocolate
190g butter
Preparation:
Chop the chocolate, boil the coconut milk and pour over the chopped chocolate, cover and let steep for 5 minutes, then mix with a spoon to a smooth mass (ganache). Covered, the ganache must now cool for several hours at room temperature, preferably overnight.
Whisk soft and room warm butter until light yellow and creamy, then add the cooled ganache spoonful, stirring constantly. If you like, you can stir in a few more coconut flakes.
